Safer Internet Day 2021: Conference with School of Robotics

For several years, Scuola di Robotica has been working on the responsible use of new media and socials through projects to prevent cyberbullying.

With the projects Firewall (2015) and Sun 3 and SUN 3 (2018 and 2021) we have refined the technique of Forum Theatre as a non-formal and creative methodology for the action of “putting ourselves in the shoes of the other”.

The SUN project (sun.scuolaadirobotica.it)

SUN (Smart Use of Network), is a project created to promote the conscious use of the network and stimulate the active use of new technologies. Promoted by Regione Liguria, University Service and Youth Policies, and Aliseo, co-financed by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department for Youth Policies and Universal Civil Service, it is carried out by Scuola di Robotica.

In 2020/2021 it has reached its third edition. The project is realized by Scuola di Robotica. Objective of SUN, now in its third edition in 2020, is to educate to the conscious use of new technologies and the Internet to:

• Spread knowledge about the risks arising from the incorrect use of the Internet and social media
  Avoid behaviors potentially harmful to us or others
  Inform and educate to safety in the network in the dual meaning of safety and security
  Prevent phenomena such as Internet addiction in all its forms.
